We offer you, within the scope of the rules written in this document, furnished and ready-to-use villas, etc., limited to the duration of the reservation. quality housing services are provided.

  • Food and consumables are not included in the scope of the service. The service provided and the activity carried out is not a hotel accommodation service.

  • Our guests are obliged to comply with all social rules and prohibitions determined by laws and regulations or determined by administrative authorities.

  • RED HOLIDAY RENTALS villas interior areas are non-smoking areas. Please follow this warning carefully to avoid sanctions against your deposit.

  •   It is a legal obligation to declare the identity of all our guests, including babies, during check-in. No guests are accepted beyond the villa's accommodation capacity.

  • In cases of excessive use and at the first entrance to the villa, the refrigerator capacity may be insufficient.

  • This is not a technical glitch.

  • Our call center serves until 00:00 every day. Do not be exposed to direct sunlight for more than half an hour during the day.

  • Consume more water than you normally consume.

  • Do not consume the fruits and vegetables you buy without washing them thoroughly.

  • We recommend that you keep your alcohol consumption at a level that will not harm your health during the holiday.

  •   Illegal substance use is prohibited in RED The 3rd Dimension villas. In cases where it is detected, the holiday is terminated early and no refund is made.

  • The local high temperature and high humidity combined with the above can cause health problems. Our organization is not responsible for such situations.

  • In case of emergency, you can contact us through the contact numbers, we will be happy to assist you.

  • At the entrance, RED The 3rd Dimension villas do not have any food, drink, slippers, clothing or consumable cleaning products. Please meet your needs for this type from the nearest supermarket.

  • Please follow the general cleaning rules during the holiday and throw your personal cleaning materials in the trash. All villas in the RED The 3rd Dimension portfolio, prior to the guest entrance, the cleaning teams of the company personnel perform our cleaning and disinfection procedures.

  • We kindly ask our guests to check the villa in general at the entrance and to send a request or complaint, if any. Our teams will fulfill your requests as quickly as possible.

  •   There is no cleaning service included in the price during the stay. If our guests have cleaning requests, this request will be considered as an extra and additionally charged, and cleaning service will be provided by our team.

  •   Cleaning services will be provided by our team at the appropriate time.

  • During check-out, if the villa is excessively dirty, an extra cleaning fee will be charged from the deposit.

  • It is highly requested that the kitchen utensils be delivered cleanly.

  • Contact us immediately from the contact numbers for all electrical and non-electrical items that are broken or not working in the villa during the holiday. Do not attempt to repair such materials yourself. Interventions to be made with professional equipment and lack of knowledge may cause the problem to grow.

  •   During your holiday, you may encounter some flies, insect spiders or other natural animals. There are no dangerous animals or pests known to humans in our geography.

  • As RED The 3rd Dimension, we attach importance to cleanliness in all our villas, such as the villa you are in, and all of our villas are regularly sprayed against pests. However, we share our world with other creatures and our organization is not responsible for the animals and insects or their sounds that you may encounter during your holiday.

  •   Please dispose of your garbage regularly in the nearest municipal waste container. This will prevent various insects and ants from congregating around your villa.

  • Before exiting, make sure that your garbage is thrown into the garbage container. A deposit is collected from our guests for all our reservations.

  •   This deposit, which has been notified and approved in advance, is used to cover the damages that may occur in the villa and all the materials in it, as well as the electricity and water consumption during the holiday.

  • For our guests who refuse to pay a deposit, the RED The 3rd Dimension representative has the right to terminate or not start the holiday. In this case, there is no refund of the prepayment, partial payment or full payment amount that the guest has paid in advance, and the guest undertakes to pay the total amount of the accommodation in cash and in full if there is a missing amount.

  • Your departure time from the villa is 10:00. Check-in time is 16:00.

  • In all our reservations, our guests pay electricity and water bills as much as they use.

  •   At the end of each holiday, the villas are inspected, deductions are made from the deposit for non-working, broken or damaged items. If the damage is more than the deposit, the required amount is charged to the guests.

  • Pools are checked regularly and various chemicals are used according to regulations. From time to time, you can see the members of our team around your villa for pool and garden maintenance. There is no set time for these checks and maintenance.

  • Red Holiday Rentals team can enter the villa and the villa garden if it deems necessary.

  • The use and control of the pool lights belong to the guests. Leaving the lights on for more than 3 hours can cause the bulbs to explode.  The cost of these bulbs can be reflected in the deposit. Keeping the Pool Lights on for a long time will consume extra electricity.

  •   Our guests should not interfere in any way with the pool technical control panels and machine rooms. The technical problems that may occur in the interventions made in these areas and the elimination of these problems are reflected in the deposit. It is mandatory to use a swimming cap and earplugs while entering the pool.

  •   Jumping into the pool is strictly prohibited. Failure to follow these rules can be harmful to your health and our organization is not responsible for them. The pool is cleaned regularly with chemicals and our organization is not responsible for the health problems that these chemicals may cause.

  •   RED The 3rd Dimension cannot be held responsible for some living and inanimate foreign objects due to variable weather conditions following our daily pool maintenance.

  • Please make sure that you are not allergic to plants, pool chemicals and natural life in this geography. After the sun goes down, it may get dark and the view will decrease depending on the location of your villa in the town.

  • Some of our villas may have a security camera system installed for security purposes. These cameras are strictly for security purposes and cannot be interfered with. If an intervention by the guests is detected, the technical failures that may occur and the costs of rectifying this are reflected in the deposit.

  • The use of air conditioners above the need may cause health problems as well as adversely affect your electricity consumption, our organization is not responsible for these.

  • All bedspreads are cleaned by our organization and presented to the guests together with the villa.  Delivered clean. Do not use such materials other than their intended use. Towels are given to you only to dry your body after shower and pool. If it is determined that the towels and bedspreads have been used for other than their intended purpose, the cost of the new ones will be charged to the guests.

  • Indoor furniture should be used indoors and garden furniture should be used outside.

  • In case of excessive use of hot water, your hot water supply may be insufficient. This is not a technical glitch. If you notice this situation, please wait for at least 60 minutes so that the hot water can be supplied again.

  • Garden maintenance is done regularly by our teams. There is no specific time during the day for these treatments.

  • Various operating instructions are available in all our villas. Please follow these warnings for your safety.

  • If the keys to the villa are lost, contact an authorized person immediately. If this situation persists, your deposit may be sanctioned.

  • All our guests are responsible for the security of their valuables and villa entrance keys during the holiday.

  •   Make sure that your doors and windows are locked when you are not in the villa and at night.

  • There may be some electricity, water or internet outages during the holiday. Electricity and water are supplied through the relevant public institutions according to the subscription system. In case of malfunctions and interruptions occurring outside the villa and building area, you must inform us in order to immediately notify the relevant institutions of the malfunction.

  •   RED HOLIDAY RENTALS investigates the reason for these interruptions and tries to find a solution that will not affect your holiday, but if the interruptions are not caused by a problem in the villa, the necessary applications are made to the relevant authorities by us. We make every effort to resolve interruptions and malfunctions that occur in this way. However, no responsibility is accepted for interruptions and malfunctions in this way. Internet is also provided by institutions, and the same rules apply.

  •   When the reservation period expires, electricity, water, internet and services are not provided and these services are cut/stopped.

  • Choose barbecue use in places far from the pool area.

  • You can feed stray animals during your stay, but please do not use kitchen utensils.

  • Feed stray animals in areas far from your villa to prevent the formation of pests around the villa.

  • Wi-fi internet signal loses power when passing through walls, so be close to the modem for healthy internet use. In cases where you experience slowdowns or interruptions in the internet system, do not intervene other than unplugging the modem.

  • Our guests may experience problems when using electrical or non-electrical devices such as air conditioners, washing machines, ovens and stoves. In this case, please contact one of our team immediately.

  • Our technical teams serve until 17:00 every day.

  • Technical failures reported after 17:00 are subject to intervention the next day. If there is a malfunction in the devices that cannot be resolved by our teams, a solution is reached within 3 working days at the latest.

  •   Compliance with the general rules of etiquette and morality throughout the stay and reducing the noise levels as of 22:00 is a must for the peace of you and our other guests. If determined otherwise, RED The 3rd Dimension has the right to charge additional fees or terminate the stay early without refund.,

  • Accommodation may be terminated unilaterally in cases where the public peace or the opinion that all kinds of goods or equipment provided to the guests in the villa will be damaged by the company officials.

  • During the stay, our guests cannot accept daily or boarding guests, except for the guests whose IDs they show during check-in. If determined otherwise, RED The 3rd Dimension has the right to charge additional fees or terminate the stay early without refund.

  • The deposit made at the time of reservation is closed on the RED The 3rd Dimension calendars, with the confirmation of the guests, on the selected dates, after the prepayment amount is paid. However, if there is a situation that may prevent accommodation in the villa, which has been finalized with the approval, or in cases where it is decided by the company officials that accommodation cannot be made for any other reason, an equivalent or high-end villa can be supplied to the guests.

  • For any reason, the guest cannot claim any rights regarding the change in equivalent or higher level villas. The prepayment amount is the non-refundable amount, as it will prevent the sale of the company to other potential guests in the relevant villa on selected dates. However, this amount is reflected in the total price of the accommodation in the next accommodation reservation by the registered guest. Except for the prepayment amount, the total cost of the accommodation and the damage deposit must be hand-delivered in cash at all check-ins. However, the fact that the payment has been made does not mean that the payment has been made and the payment is proven with a document.

  •   In case of early departure or early termination of the stay by the guests during the stay, these payments cannot be refunded.

  • RED The 3rd Dimension officials may request an additional deposit at the time of booking, at the beginning of the stay or during the stay, with the condition of being refunded.

  • Technical problems that may occur during the stay must be resolved by RED The 3rd Dimension teams within 3 working days at the latest.

  • Since there is no permanent service situation in the residence other than the services clearly written here, our guests are obliged to act in a reasonable and ordinary way during the use of the villa, as a tenant and without forgetting that the villa is the area left to them.

  • Particular attention should be paid to slippery floors and steps, electrical and electronic malfunctions should not be interfered with, technical materials-tools-equipment and belongings should not be interfered with, small children should not be left out of sight, attention should be paid to pools and heights, should be careful against fire/flooding/smoke hazards. , care must be taken in matters that may pose any danger, whether written or not, herein.

  • We do not have a lifeguard, private security, waiter, cook, cleaner, etc. servants in the villa and we do not have service in this direction. In order to carry out controls, our control teams can make inspections in the villa, its garden and its surroundings at intervals.

  • RED The 3rd Dimension official can enter the villa with the spare key he has, when he deems it necessary.

  • With this specification, guests clearly declare that they accept this situation.

  • At the exit time determined at the end of the period or in cases where the accommodation is terminated or terminated for any reason, it is necessary to exit the villa by unloading the goods.

  • Our villas are only available to the main guest registered during the booking process and to the guests notified by this main guest during the booking process.

  •   3. It cannot be rented to persons.

  • Our guests accept and undertake unconditionally and unconditionally to evacuate and deliver the villa on the date and time the reservation period expires.

  •   In case of delay, a penal clause added to the performance amounting to twice the current rental price is applied for each day passed.

  • Requests for extension of the reservation period can be accepted in writing if the villa is not suitable for the requested period and is not booked and if the payment is made at the current price.

  •   In cases where the check-out time is coming or there is any problem or delay, our staff will collect the goods from the villa and unload the villa, assist when necessary and complete the check-out procedures even before the guest is present.

  • Your personal data is stored in order to provide you with a better service and limited to legal requirements. Our guests agree to keep the information written in this contract and personal data deemed legally necessary for accommodation.

  • . Upon your request, our team will inform you about the clarification text regarding the storage of personal data.

  • Villa usage and service requests are a whole, and each of our guests is jointly and severally responsible for the debts and responsibilities of all guests.

  • Our guests will be contacted through written communication ways here and this communication is valid evidence. The approval given by our guests during the reservation procedures covers all the above-mentioned items and they are deemed to have declared that they accept these items. Again, during the entry procedures, they declare again that they accept these items with the wet signature on the entry form.

  • In case of any dispute, Serik Courthouse Courts and Execution Offices are exclusively authorized.
